Hi! My name is Katie Nazir. I own Calibrate MedSpa: a concierge MedSpa. That means I come to you! I’m a mom of 3 young girls so I know first-hand how difficult it can be to leave the house to nurture your well-being.  Which is why I started a concierge MedSpa. 
I've been a Nurse Practitioner for over a decade, specializing in a procedural area in medicine. When my husband and I started a family, I was lucky enough to work part-time. With my older 2 children in elementary school, I now had more time on my "days off" to focus on myself, so I began exploring another area of expertise in healthcare - the aesthetic industry. And what an exciting, innovative industry it is! 
There are soooo many options in aesthetics nowadays. Some providers pursue creating artificial beauty for an astronomical price! My philosophy is to enhance your natural beauty for a reasonable cost. Since I don't rent a space and am a “one woman show" I can pass the savings onto my clients. I also provide a 10% discount to teachers and healthcare workers.🖤

Neuromodulators

FDA approved medication to treat wrinkles caused by repeated muscle movement. 

Xeomin- $11/unit*
Dysport- $11/unit **

*Xeomin is absent of extra protein that is in Botox, Jeuveau, and Dysport. Some research suggests that people do not develop tolerance like they may with the other neuromodulators. Although, developing tolerance to any neuromodulator is rare. 
**3 units of Dysport is equivalent to 1 unit of Xeomin/Botox. I talk about and bill Dysport in 1:1 ratio with other neuromodulators. (ex. I inject you with 34 units of Dysport. You are actually receiving approximately 100 units of Dysport).

Microneedling

Microneedling is a highly effective treatment to improve the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, age spots, other scarring, and improve overall appearance of skin. After the skin is numbed, micropunctures are made with a special device. Recovery is similar to recovering from moderate sunburn. Recommend 3-6 sessions depending on severity of problem.

Add on PRP- $150 per session
PRP: Platelet Rich Plasma. I draw your own blood and spin it down to create PRP and then apply to your skin during microneedling. PRP contains growth factors and peptides that stimulate collagen and speed healing process.

Hair Restoration

Initial Consultation $250*

During consultation, past medical history will be evaluated, along with vital signs to ensure you are a candidate for oral minoxidil therapy.  3 month prescription will be supplied which is approximately $15 (this is separate cost, sourced through online pharmacy Healthwarehouse). 

*Consultation includes a microneedling device to use weekly and a 2 month supply of pharmaceutical grade compounded hair growth topical to use once daily. Men receive foam with minoxidil, fenasteride, retinoic acid. Women will be provided with minoxidil, progesterone, and retinoic acid serum with dropper. (Over $100 value combined)

Refill prescription service- $50 (3 month Rx will be provided. Separate cost $15).

Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, I am unable to practice aesthestics in Missouri. We can arrange for you to come to my house for treatment or we can host a party at one of your friends house in Kansas :)
